Patrolman John Roscoe was responding to a collision on the Lions Gate Bridge. The centre lane of the three lane span was closed to traffic. Patrolman Roscoe was northbound on a motorcycle responding code 3 in the centre lane when a northbound motorist in the curb lane turned in front of Patrolman Roscoe.
