Police Officer David L. Worcester Oakland Police Department, CA Officer Worcester was killed in a motorcycle accident while en route to assist the fire department at the scene of a fire. During the response Officer Worcester's motorcycle struck a car, spun around, and was then struck by a second police motorcycle. Officer Worcester had been with the agency for four years and was survived by his wife and two children. |

Patrolman Julian F. Draughon Alabama Department of Public Safety, AL Patrolman Draughon was killed when a truck, which failed to yield the right of way, hit his motorcycle. Patrolman Draughon was escorting an ambulance to the hospital at the time of the accident. |
